What is the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?
Our standard cleaning covers all rooms — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms and kitchen surfaces. A deep cleaning goes further, adding inside oven and refrigerator, grout scrubbing, baseboard washing, cabinet interiors and detailed attention to every corner. We recommend starting with a deep clean on your first visit.
What is included in a standard residential cleaning?
Our standard residential cleaning covers every room in your home, kitchen countertops and appliances, bathrooms sanitized top to bottom, bedrooms dusted and vacuumed, living areas cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped throughout. We bring all necessary supplies and equipment.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning services?
Yes. Barrin Cleaning provides move-in and move-out cleaning for homeowners, renters and property managers across Connecticut. These cleans are more thorough than a standard visit and are priced individually based on the size and condition of the property.

How do I book a cleaning with Barrin Cleaning?

What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. If you have a specific scheduling need outside these hours, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
What do I need to have ready before the cleaning team arrives?
Very little. Barrin Cleaning arrives fully equipped with all necessary cleaning products and supplies. All we ask is that you have a trash bag and paper towels available. Everything else our team brings with them.
Can I request specific areas of my home to be cleaned more thoroughly?
Absolutely. When booking your cleaning, let us know which areas need extra attention and we will make sure your team focuses there. Every cleaning plan at Barrin is personalized to your home and your preferences.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients provide a key or door code. We send a text confirmation when we arrive and when we finish. If you prefer to be home during your first visit, that is completely fine too.

Yes. Barrin Cleaning is fully licensed and insured in Connecticut. Our liability insurance policy is held through our office and can be provided upon request. You are fully protected on every visit.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost. We stand behind our work on every visit.
