What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
Don’t clean, leave it to us! But,you should organize and tidy your house by picking up all the objects from the floor, toys, books, others and other objects scattered around the house. That will make it easier for us to focus on the cleaning.
Do I have to be at home during the cleaning?
No,you can provide the access code for the door or garage, or a copy of the key. But, of course you can choose to be at home to allow access to their home on the day of the service.
Should I prepare any equipaments or products?
Barrin cleaning will provide all the necessary cleaning products.We will only need a garbage bag, paper towels and if you have any products of your choice just leave them on the kitchen counter for us.
Do I receive a reminder of the service date?
For each appointment, you will receive a text reminder,sent 3 days in advance, and again 1 day before the scheduled day.
How can I pay?
You can PAY using CREDIT CARD.

What if I have a special request?
For any extra service or request of any kind send us a message or call at 860.922.2389 in advance, so we can schedule the best day and time. It won’t always be possible to add a special request on the already scheduled cleaning, since depending on the request it may take more time than planned, or we would need to provide additional supplies. But we will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible.
Will you send the same cleaning technician each time?
We make our best efforts to send the cleaning tech each time. It’s the most efficient but we don’t guarantee it. We are managing both our staff and client’s needs which are constantly in flux. If you are sent an alternate cleaning technician, our staff have access to detailed information about your preferences and requests to ensure consistency of our service.
Is a deep cleaning necessary for the first time?
Yes, usually the house requires more attention to details and time in the first cleaning, so we do a deep cleaning to make the next cleanings more efficient.
May I request the cleaners to remove their shoes when they are cleaning?
No.You may inform us in advance that you don’t want them to wear shoes inside the house and we will ask the cleaners to always wear protection on their shoes, but for safety reasons they can't take the shoes off.We follow a federal regulation from OSHA.
What is your guarantee?

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If a regular cleaning falls in on of the following holidays:
New year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
We will contact you in advance to reschedule your cleaning. We work on many federal holidays, so unless you cancel your service, we will follow as scheduled.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you can cancel the service anytime you wish.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Give us 24 business hours’ notice of your change in plans and we will promptly reschedule or cancel your cleaning. Please note we are not open on the weekends. If you need to make changes to a cleaning scheduled on Monday, please contact us the Friday before.
What time do the staff arrive to clean?
We normally schedule cleaning between 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Occasionally on Saturdays within the same time frame.We provide an estimated time of arrival but work with a 1 hour window. Our cleaning team will do their best to arrive on schedule, however traffic conditions, late cancellations, bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule.

Barrin Cleaning carries insurance and bonding for all of our employees to ensure your peace of mind and protection. Insurance provides coverage in case of accidental damage or injuries that may occur during the cleaning process.
